Khushi dosed off for a while on Nani's shoulders who was besides her, and Arnav took Nani's place to support his wife in ways he could.. He closed the window for his Khushi not to catch cold..  Khushi cuddled into him and smiled in her sleep as her Arnavji held her hand and entwined her fingers with his to love her through his eyes till some time making the most out of it..

Khushi woke up to find Nani getting down and saw outside from the window seat, that all the family members were down.. She was left alone here.. In haste, she too made a strong move to stand up, when she realized her hand getting pulled and she fell on the chair, besides which she had been sitting.. She looked to see her Arnavji smiling at her and gasped at the sudden pull.. Holding his collars she took a deep breathe and he leaned his fore-head on hers.. She was sitting in his lap now..

Arnav-U thought u were left alone?

Khushi-Hmm.. And u scared me Arnavji..

Arnav-How can u think I shall leave u alone ever? Can I?

She smiled as he said that and looked around in the empty mini-bus..

Khushi-Arnavji, I just dint realize when I dosed off.. And, erm.. All are down.. 

Arnav-Hmm.. So?

He smirked still not letting go off her..

Khushi-We should move out too right? So, leave me now..

Arnav smiled..

Arnav-Really?

She blushed and he helped her stand slowly and they both got down the mini-bus.. Arnav saw NK on a call..

NK-Ya.. Day after tomorrow.. Morning 9.00 am.. Hmm.. Cool.. So my ticket is confirmed right? PAUSE.. Thanks.. See u then..

NK cut the call and saw Arnav and Khushi come towards him..

Khushi-Nanhji, u going? Why?

Arnav-He has to go Khushi, dint u hear his ticket is confirmed?

Khushi gave Arnav a stare and he knew his wife knew k he was feeling happy that NK was going.. Khushi went towards NK and Arnav followed..

Khushi-We will miss u Nanheji..

Arnav-Hey, don't u both get emotional now.. We have came for picnic right? Lets go and enjoy.. Come Khushi..

Khushi was not allowed to go anywhere alone, as Arnav followed his wife being a body guard everywhere.. The picnic spot was a 2 minute walking distance from the place their mini-bus was parked.. Once reached the picnic area, 'White Water' Waterfalls, Arnav looked around and asked NK with a doubtful expression..

Arnav-NK, are u sure this a picnic spot? I can hardly see anyone around..

It was a silent place.. More like an open garden on a mountain top, parallel to which, the waterfall was running.. The sun was still bright and the place they all chose to sit was just the best to enjoy the view of the waterfall in front.. The area was not sealed near the edges where the mountain got finished, and it was officially not a picnic spot, though the Raizada's dint knew this.. Anyone could fall down this height and die, it looked more like a suicide spot..

Anjali too sat down on the mattress which Nani and Mami sat on, and Mama too sat besides Mami.. NK got busy in taking snaps of mother nature, and Khushi went near the cliff to feel the cool breeze, assisted by her husband..

It had been a while now that the Raizada's arrived here..

Nani-Anjali bitiya.. U okay na?

Anjali smiled and nodded a YES sitting comfortably.. She looked around and felt good to be out after days together..

Nani and Mami looked at each other with content that Anjali was happy..

The birds chirping around made the pleasant surroundings look more beautiful..

Khushi walked ahead closing her eyes and stretched her arms wide and closed her eyes, hugging the cold winds murmuring around.. She was just near the edge of cliff, and her husband came from behind and hugged her.. His hands below her breasts, pulling her back on his front and hugging her tight.. His lips touching her nape and she kept her hands on his holding him tight..

Arnav-Khushi!

He whispered her name in the most huskiest voice possible, and Khushi moaned in peace.. He smiled and saw she was lost.. He closed his eyes smelling her who was his.. Her legs shivered and a small rock near her legs was hit by the tip of her toe, which rolled down and hit another stone which made a 'takk' noise and dropped down deep in the rivers.. Arnav opened his eyes and realised where she was standing and he stood rooted.. His heartbeat rose to equal the amount of numbness he could have ever imagined..

His hands were still holding her below her breasts and he pulled her up from the earth and took a few steps back and drop her down once seen she and he both were safe.. Khushi turned to see him and his temple which was ruined in sweat..

Khushi-What happened Arnavji? Are u okay?

Arnav's eyes were still near the cliff's end and Khushi's voice broke his trance..

Khuushi-Arnavji tell me, are u okay?

He looked at her and covered the little space between them to yell on her..

Arnav-ARE U MAD? U EVEN KNOW WHERE U WERE STANDING?

Arnav's palms held her upper arms tight in anxiety, and Khushi looked behind and the land below her feet moved.. She felt dizzy for a moment and held on to Arnav who pulled her more backwards from this area and hugged her tight..

Arnav-U should see where u go Khushi.. Dammit what if anything had happened? What if - -

Khushi put her finger on his lips after breaking the hug and looked in his eyes..

Khushi-Am sorry.. I will take care hence forth.. But don't even think to speak anything ill about my baby Arnavji..

Arnav-OUR baby Khushi..

Khushi-I am sorry Arnavji.. But I know ur there to be by my side na?

Khushi cupped his face with a faint smile on her lips, but he pushed her hands away and left her speechless when he carried her in his arms again.. She felt like a queen whenever he did that, but when he made his way towards the area where the Raizada Family had settled themselves, Khushi started moving in his arms..

Khushi-Arnavji.. Arnavji stop it.. PAUSE.. Arnavji put me down.. PAUSE.. Arnavji what will they think? Arnavji ur embarrassing me now put me down.. Its not that we are alone and - -

Arnav's one star and she knew he was angry.. She could clearly see he was not doing this out of romance, but out of concern, for his wife and child.. She sealed her lips thinning them, and he walked to the Raizada's little settlement and put her down..

Arnav-Sit Khushi..

It sounded more like an order, and the giggles which Nani and Mamaji made looking at Arnav carrying Khushi in his arms were stopped.. Khushi sat down besides Anjali di and started making a sandwich..

Arnav-Where is NK?

Arnav was angry, yet not ASR yet.. He was calm.. He looked around and saw NK clicking snaps and went towards him.. Khushi looked at her husband moving away and sighed in relief..

Khushi (self thought)-Thank u Devi Mayya..U saved me from falling down from the cliff, and also from that Laad Governer's anger.. I get very scared when he gets angry, u know right?

Khushi was looking up while having these self thoughts and made faces as if she was actually conversing with her Devi Mayya.. She bit a piece of sandwich from her hand and looked at Anjali Di and smiled..

Khushi-Di, u are alright na?

Anjali-Yeah, am okay..

Anjali returned the smile and Khushi looked at Nani who slept while sitting, and Mami And Mama who were busy chatting on something..

Khushi looked ahead and saw Arnav firing NK.. She got hyper and got up.. She went towards where Arnav and NK were, and heard her husband yell..

Arnav-NK don't u have any sense of responsibility? First that Non-A.C. bus and then such a place for picnic! What sort of friends do u have who suggested such a place for picnic?

NK-Nannav actually my friends are a bit adventurous so - -..

Arnav-Whatever NK.. U know it could have been so dangerous if anyone of u all went near the cliff? Its not a good spot at all to relax.. We are leaving right now.. I wish u had at least that much sense to cross check about the basic information on where to we are going, if not anything else..

Just then Arnav heard from behind..

Khushi-Arnavji! Don't blame Nanheji.. If he dint do it for any reason, u could have done it urself before getting us all here..

Arnav and NK turned to look at Khushi and Arnav rushed near Khushi..

Arnav-Khushi! I told u not to stand up from that place then why did u - -

Khushi-Then stop blaming Nanheji for all this.. He is going in two days anyway.. Sorry Nanheji..

Arnav-Thank God he is going!

Khushi gave a look to Arnav and NK had to look down.. NK got to see an ASR from Nannav today, least he knew this was not even the slightest part of The ASR people used to speak..

Khushi-Arnavji! U should not have spoke that..

Arnav-Whatever Khushi.. I dint even wish to come here or let anyone here, but I said a YES just for u, remember that..

Arnav went near Khushi and again picked her up to make her heart skip a beat and her eyes rolled out from her sockets.. He started walking away from NK and Khushi hit her Arnavji on his chest pulling his collars from her other hand..

Khushi-Arnavji.. Leave me.. Put me down.. Stop carrying me again and again.. Its not a joke..

Arnav stopped and looked at her.. His grip on her tightened and she looked down in fear gripping his shirt more tight..

Arnav-Exactly! Its not a joke..

He walked till some place and Khushi was landed on the ground once he came across some place covered with trees all around.. Khushi moved a step back, just to hit her back on the wall and Arnav came closer.. He leaned on her and she breathed heavy closing her eyes, to make him realize he was showing his tough side to her and all.. He closed his eyes too, looking away, and took a deep breathe and looked at her who had still shut her tight.. His breathe was fanning her red cheeks and he pinned her body under his on the tree, with his hands a blocking her from both the sides now..

Arnav-Khushi.. I dint want to get angry, and I am trying to control myself.. Then why are u testing my patience?

He was calm again..

Khushi opened her eyes and saw him who had no expression on his face.. She gulped and looked down..

Arnav-I told u to sit down right? Then why did u come behind me? I was just saying NK this is no good place to enjoy, and u - -

Khushi-And then u yelled at him, haina?

Arnav-Khushi, someone needs to tell him.. And u, ur not allowing me to keep calm and Rabba Ve..

Khushi was confused..

Khushi-What??

Arnav leaned more and she gasped under his touch.. She could conclude his next actions from those desiring eyes and looked on the other side to see if anyone was coming or not.. Taking advantage of the opportunity, Arnav kissed her right cheek and she closed her eyes.. She noted what just happened and blushed..

Khushi-Arnavji.. Plz.. Nanheji will come..

He gave a wet kiss on her other cheek with a chuckling sound and replied..

Arnav-Trust me, he wont..

She looked at him and blushed more..

He kissed her cheek bones with his wet lips and she parted her lips closing her eyes.. He just opened his eyes to see her and smirked on what he saw.. He was happy today to see her advancing towards him.. She too smiled making her hands go around his shoulders and her fingers ran in his thick hair.. She leaned closer to him looking at his wet lips and he understood what she was trying to do..

Arnav was just a moment far to mate his lips with hers when her nose twitched and her eye-brows frowned.. She spoke out loud..

Khushi-Kacchi Kairi? (Raw Mango?)

She pushed him and looked around.. He stood himself straight on the ground not muttering a what the this time for a change and saw Khushi looking around and her eyes sparkled when she looked up..

Khushi-Arnavji! See.. Arey look up, can u see that?

She was pointing up and he was lost in her innocent smile.. He was living more each moment than he used to, when she was around with him.. Oh! How he wished to pause the time.. He was happy to see her happy and smiled before looking up.. There were lots of green raw alphonso mangoes.. Khushi licked her lips in greed and ordered Arnav..

Khushi-Arnavji, climb the tree and get some for me na.. I feel like eating them all..

She said rubbing her tummy and he was stunned to hear this from her!

Arnav-What the-..

There, he finally said it, and continued..

Arnav-Are u mad? No way dammit.. I am not going to climb on that tree okay? I will get u more than these once we are back home..

Khushi stamped her foot getting restless and..

Khushi-NO.. I want them NOW.. If u love me, then get one from me..

She dint realize what she just spoke while putting forward her demand and Arnav's heart skipped a beat.. 

Arnav gasped as the pit of his stomach sparked feeling heat.. His lips automatically curved up in a smile.. She looked at him and just realized what she spoke!

'Love'.. Did she ask him to prove his 'love' for her? Her throat dried and she gulped with a racing heart.. She looked around not having anything to speak now, and he held her hands now, to raise them towards his face and made her knuckles touch his eyes.. He spoke..

Arnav-My love does not need any proof Khushi, it is already growing inside u everyday..

She was touched, she looked at him as he left her hands and took her face in his hands and pecked her forehead.. He took a two or three steps back, and the most unpredictable thing happened..

Mama-Manorama.. Its time for Anjali's afternoon medicine..

Mami nodded and gave Anjali some pills and Anjali smiled..

Anjali-Mamiji, its all so good here na?

Mama-Beta, u are happy na?

Anjali-Yes, very! Thanks for bringing me here..

Anjali smiled and the moment passed in chatting sweet nothings as NK joined them too..

Khushi saw her Arnavji climbing UP the tree and in next three seconds he plucked two raw mangoes and dropped the same down.. She was laughing loudly and the other Raizada's attention was drawn that way.. Even Nani who had dosed off in a sitting position woke up and she and Mami with Mama, followed by Anjali and NK made their way near the area where Arnav and Khushi were, to see what was going on..

Khushi-Arnavji! I never knew u would climb on trees like that.. I just told u like that only..

Arnav-Your wish my command! And BTW, there are many things u don't know about me, Mrs. Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada..

He said looking down and jumping on the other branch when his leg slipped and he was about to fall when Khushi screamed in panic..

Khushi-Arnavji!

Arnav luckily steadied himself and saw her clutching her heart which had almost came out.. He spoke..

Arnav-Khushi, don't u worry about me, am okay..

Khushi-I don't want anything more, u plz come down..

Khushi said making a straight face, Arnav could see her love for him in those eyes and he smiled..

Arnav-Here, have this last one and am coming down..

Raizada's made their way towards the spot from where Khushi just screamed and no on noticed that they ALL were rushing.. None noticed who was in front and who was behind..

Arnav-So, is my baby happy seeing its daddy jump around like a monkey?

Arnav plucked another mango and she giggled feeling happy.. She rubbed the mango with her handkerchief to clean it, and was about to take a bite when she looked up to see Arnav losing his balance and the mango from her hand dropped.. She screamed in pain as Arnav was falling down from the tree in a slow motion ..

Khushi-ARRNNNAAAVVJJIII!!!

The Raizada's had just reached here and saw what made their hearts stop beating.. The chirping noise from the birds around went blank as Arnav landed on his back to be saved with just a scratch or two, but the second voice which disturbed the whole area was of Anjali's, who panicked for her chote and ran to see him with others and fell down on her tummy when she saw Arnav falling down from that tree..

Anajli-CHHOOTTEE!!
